Live from New York... It's Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton

SNL's Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton.

Saturday night, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler graced the stage of Saturday Night Live as two history defining women in U.S. politics, Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. Hillary Clinton. I must admit, I have been longing to see a debate, discussion or something, between Sen. Clinton and Gov. Palin, so thank you SNL. We could all use a good laugh right about now!

If by some freak accident you happened to miss this parody I have it. Enjoy!

For me, this was the funniest SNL clip ever. Yes, funnier than Fire Marshall Bill. Well....maybe just as funny!

The funniest part for me, well, there were two super funny moments. The first was when Clinton said, "I believe global warming is caused by man,'' and Tina Fey, playing Palin's character retorted: "And I believe it's just God huggin' us closer.''

"...God huggin' us closer.'' Classic! Surely she doesn't really feel this way, but I tell ya', it sure is funny.

The second moment was when Clinton said that she didn't agree with the Bush doctrine and Palin said, "I don't know what that means." This was clearly a jab at Palin's "apparent confusion on the subject" in her first major interview with Charles Gibson.

Oh, yeh, BTW what is a FLIRG?

Bag Lady

Metal inspired colors are popping up in every must have this season.
This gorgeous Versace, large metallic hobo bag is $2,595.00

One day last week my husband was cleaning the living room and came across my oversized tote lying on the sofa. Holding it between his index and thumb, like it was a pair of his funky socks, he dropped my bag on the bed, looked at me and said, "Don't you think it's time for a new one?" I didn't know if I should be offended or rejoicing.

Now, you have to understand that my husband thinks that a girl should only need one handbag. He simply does not get the point of having 30+ must have bags, so for him to express concern about my now bag left me a little weirded out.

Oh well, I decided to take his comment as a "shop-like-crazy and I promise not to complain" ticket. So I am!

On my search for a great new bag I came across a few must-haves that won't break the bank. Oh, I am not talking about this gorgeous Versace hobo. Although it is a great bag it just might break the bank!
